Caregiver Chat is a video training course focusing on helping those in our care and the caregiver. Caregivers can learn helpful and practical strategies for dealing with stress, time management, understanding their job functions, proper documentation, incident/accident reporting and promoting the health, safety and rights of those in our care. Caregivers learn to evaluate, sharpen and overcome short-comings that may cause problems. The training accentuates best practice and boost confidence by practicing mastery skills and vital training components. The course content is designed to improve care issues and spark conversation at the grassroots level.
